Dean Stricker at Frontier Toyota was super helpful when I came in for an oil change. I even got a video link of my car while it was being worked on. It showed how they inspected my tires, brakes, air filter, etc. I already trusted Toyoya, but with the professionalism I was shown, I trust them even more now!

Went to Hello Mazda, Service Advisor Allondra was very good, waiting area comfortable, however they're still getting their footing as car was still partially wet from wash (though grateful for wash) and I had to back out through body shop next door because no clearly designated exit. Will definitely go back

Well I still have not recovered from my last car that was stolen so rude fully by scv,s not so finest...so i have been wanting to go purchase a new car for myself since i have not had my own car that i owned and paid cash for off the lot here in Valencia at the Honda dealership....

Excellent customer service! Staff members are very welcoming and friendly! I went to service department and service advisor Heather was great. Heather took the time to explain to me what my vehicle needed. I was greeted with a great smile. Great environment!

I went back to Toyota Frontier recently to check my 2008 RAV4 engine error display at the dash board. This time I spoke with the right advisor name Alex and he is very honest and nice. I left my car for the whole day and get it back the next day. I just forget to ask if they have courtesy car to lend to customer. They just provide me a free uber ride to go back home. The service provided comes out fine and I still never encounter troubles up to now after 3 months of repair, although I knew it will be expensive a bit. Glad I just did it here for this special repair. Got a peace of mind when my wife is driving to drop-off and fetch up my kids in school. Peace :)
